Nuclear Families

 I think this last blog post is going to end up being about my own family and how much I appreciate them. One of the main things that I've learned this year is that not all families are created equal, some of them only have one parent, some don't have any children that are actually related to the parents, and others have issues of their own, whether that's some kind of substance or physical abuse. My parents have never had any issues with substance abuse or any problems with physical abuse. They are both still happily married and every other kid in our family of 8 hasn't been worse than me, haha. I have found it so great that I turned out the way that I did because of the family situation that I was put in, and I'm incredibly grateful for the family that I have.

Communication

 Communication is key when it comes to family, and not just relationships. One of the things that I was told was that if there is ever a problem in a family or relationship was that it's never you versus them, it's always you and them versus the problem. Families, no matter what, are going to have problems, either with each other or just with life. They might have issues with getting along, or the whole family could be having money issues, these tend a few of the ways that put a lot of stress on the family. The best way to deal with this is using communication in the family and letting everyone know what is going on so that everyone can understand what is happening and how everyone can help. One of the most important things to do when dealing with some type of family crisis is to make sure that you communicate very well with your spouse, even without a crisis your spouse should be your number one supporter and one of the strongest people you should lean on to help you out when ...
